Lidia has worked with executives and senior managers since 2003.

Over the years, she has progressed from recruitment consultant assistant to Executive Search expert and career advisor. She worked at ANCOR, Morgan Hunt and Ward Howell, and has advised Hiring Talents clients since 2012.

Lidia combines two competencies that rarely come together: a deep understanding of the executive market and genuine attention to the person beyond the CV.

In executive search, experience and job title alone are not enough. It is important to understand how a person makes decisions, what motivates them, in what environment they perform at their best, how they interact with others, and whether they can solve the specific challenge facing the business.

Lidia advises executives and senior managers in very different professional situations: preparing for the next career step, improving personal effectiveness, changing direction, understanding strengths, rethinking professional strategy, or gaining an independent expert view of their experience and opportunities.

Psychology & Executive Search

Lidia graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Psychology, specialising in personality psychology. Her psychological education complements her practical Executive Search experience and allows her to analyse not only a person’s professional path, but also motivation, behaviour and interaction with others.

At the heart of Lidia’s work is a practical question: “What will work in this particular situation — for this person, this company and this career challenge?”

She understands what companies are looking for, how appointment decisions are made and which leadership qualities matter to the business.
