For more than 25 years, Mikhail has focused on identifying and recruiting leaders. He has conducted over 10,000 in-depth interviews and worked at Morgan Hunt and Staffwell.

He founded Hiring Talents in 2011.

He is fluent in English and Turkish.

He holds two university degrees — in finance and crisis management.

Graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at Moscow State University.

Works professionally in English.

Since 2003, she has led executive search and career advisory projects for senior executives.

She worked at Morgan Hunt, Ward Howell and ANCOR.
