Consent to Personal Data Processing and Receipt of Information

By using the Hiring Talents website, including browsing pages and vacancies, applying for vacancies, submitting a CV, contacting Hiring Talents through website forms or otherwise using the website’s services and functionality, I confirm that I voluntarily provide my personal data and consent to its processing on the following terms.

In accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, I consent to the processing of my personal data by Hiring Talents LLC (the “Operator”), for the purposes of providing executive and top-management search, development and career advisory services, as well as conducting research in the field of human resources management.

The personal data processed may include my surname, first name, patronymic, gender, date and place of birth, residential address, telephone number, email address, primary and additional education, professional experience including employers, positions, responsibilities and achievements, income, financial and property status, marital status, memberships in organisations and other communities, awards, patents, publications, and other personal information provided by me.

I authorise the Operator to perform operations with my personal data, including collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, use, dissemination, anonymisation, blocking and destruction, including by entering the data into electronic databases and including it in lists, registers and reporting forms.

In the course of interaction with the Operator regarding its professional activities, I authorise the Operator’s employees to transfer my personal data to third parties. Such exchange may take place using machine-readable media or communication channels, provided that appropriate measures are taken to protect the data from unauthorised access and that the recipient is required to keep it confidential.

I also consent to receiving informational and reference SMS messages and/or emails from the Operator at the telephone number and email address provided by me, including information relating to the Operator’s activities and invitations to participate in surveys, events and similar activities.

This consent is granted for an indefinite period. I retain the right to withdraw it by submitting a written notice to the Operator by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by delivering it personally against receipt to an authorised representative of the Operator.

Upon receipt of my written withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, the Operator shall cease such processing within two months. Upon withdrawal of consent to receive SMS messages and emails, the Operator shall cease sending them immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal.
